Also, just to let you know, starting in the new year I will begin having Subscriber Rewards in my newsletter! Each week, randomly selected subscribers will win a coupon to my store, so be sure to sign up if you aren’t already a subscriber. 🙂

Have a great day!

What do you want???

I’m taking a bit of time off to enjoy the holidays with my family. But, I am also starting to plan out what I would like to do in the new year. While I am brainstorming, I thought I would ask all of you for your ideas as well. Is there something special you would like to see from me? A certain theme or color scheme? Maybe some specific elements or something different all together? I can’t promise that I can do everything (as much as I wish I could – sometimes things are just beyond my creative reach) but I will try my best! Feel free to email me at any time throughout the year with your ideas, but especially now as I am planning ahead. 🙂 Thank you!

Birthday Girl

Five years ago today I was blessed with a beautiful second daughter, Jenna. Here is a scrapbook page I created to document that day…

And here we are at her party we celebrated last weekend:

Today we celebrated her birthday with things she wanted to do. She had strawberries for breakfast, we went to Red Robin for lunch, saw the movie Frozen at the movie theater (awesome!) and had chocolate cake for dessert! She and Jordan are now playing Barbies together and I have to say that makes her happier than anything. 🙂

It certainly has been an interesting five years. What started out as a complete surprise has turned into the light of my life. Jenna makes me laugh like no one else. She is so happy and full of joy each and every day and has such wonder and excitement towards this world and all that it has to offer. It makes me look at things through her eyes and remember what it was like to be innocent and excited and just plain happy at the simplest of things. I am truly blessed to have two amazing daughters – I could not ask for more. They are the reason I smile and thank God each and every day for bringing them into my life. It has only been five years for Jenna, but it’s been quite the ride and I can’t wait to see what her future holds.

Happy Birthday Boo aka Stinkerbutt 🙂
